Hi, We're interested in communicating one node running tinyos-1.x with another running tinyos-2.x. Physically the platform is the same (micaz), so the chip radio is the same. I understood tinyos-2.x is 802.15.4 MAC layer compliant, but tinyos-1.x is not. Is that the reason why the nodes cannot communicate? If we use any IEEE stack implementation in tinyos1-x, such as modules in contrib directory, will we be able to communicate the motes?
