There should be a makefile at the top of the java tools tree someplace.
At minimum it oughta have a target to build the whole tree. In the best
of all possible worlds it would have a target to make the jar file.
If not, and you have all the classes you need in the tree you can use
something like:
jar cvf tinyos.jar *
from the top directory.
