Look through the -help archives; there are a lot of posts on this. In
short, you do not want to use 'make micaz sim-cygwin', rather 'make
micaz sim', but you might need to explicitly tell TOSSIM you are on
cygwin.
These issues are fixed in 2.0.1 (where sim-cygwin no longer exists).
