Yup, two volumes are defined right now. If I remember correctly, Deluge
2.0 is fixed at seven volumes. I figured that it is better to have users
customize to their own needs. There are indeed a couple files that need
to be updated to add new volumes. However, because of time constraint,
there is no near-future plan to address this suggestion at this time.
