hi all,
I was trying to access the tinyos cvs repository using cvs clients like cygwin
and tortoise CVS but fialed to do so with both .I used following parameters for
accesssing the repository on both cygwin as well as tortoise:
protocol : pserver
server: tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net
username anonymous
repository folder : /cvsroot/tinyos
module : .
But unfortunately i am getting the following errors:
On tortoiseCVS : "
connect to tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net:2401 failed: A connection attempt failed
because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or
established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
Error, CVS operation failed"
On cygwin : i am able to login but when asked for password i pressed ENTER as
suggested for anonymous access but then got following error "cvs [login
aborted]: connect to tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net(66.35.250.90):2401
iled: Connection timed out"
and then exited
So please somebody on the group can help me get out of this trouble and access
th repository successfully . i had spent my whole day on it but failed.So
please kindly somebody help me
