The command you are using is incorrect. The actual command is:
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/tinyos login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/tinyos co -P tinyos-1.x
Or you can go directly to the server hosting the files and download them
manually via http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net
