Subject: [Tinyos-help] Intra-Channel Interference Rejection in CC2420

Hello,

In the presence of two signals in the same channel where one of them is the
desired transmission and the other one is interference (acting as channel
noise), which power threshold (dB) between the desired and the interference
signals is required by the CC2420 to be able to demodulate the desired
signal?

CC2420 datasheet gives values for adjacent and alternate channels but does
not mention the case where more than one signal are received in the same
frequency at some point. Considering that CC2420 uses DSSS it should be able
to demodulate the desired signal even in presence of high channel noise.

Thanks,

Joan
