p.s. - to copy from the Cygwin window ... right-click on the blue bar at the top of the cygwin window edit-->mark (then use left mouse to select code with click+drag) (don't press right mouse or it'll cancel) then again right click the blue bar at the top edit->copy (etc) right-clicking in the command/text section exits the edit/mark thing
