I'll take a look next week. If you could do the following things, it
would help me immensely (read: the chances of my finding out the
problem increase ten-fold):
1) Send me a .tar.gz of your application directory (including
topo.txt, meyer-heavy.txt, and test.py)
2) Run your application with the dbg channel "Gain" enabled and
include the output in the above .tar.gz.
