There have been changes between TOSSIM 2.0.0 and the current CVS
version with regards to network configuration and noise management.
The documentation for version 2.0.1, which most closely mirrors the
current CVS implementation (although there are some internal
differences) can be found at:

The documentation for version 2.0.0 can be found at:
http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.x/doc/html/tutorial/lesson11-200.html
Comparing the section "Configuring a Network" in both of these
documents can help you migrate scripts from version 2.0.0 to the
current CVS version.
