Couple of things to check.
- Is COM3 your data port (vs. programming port if using MIB520)?
- Do you have the correct/identical group ID and RF channel programmed
into both Motes?
- Do you have MTS400 sensor board physically plugged into the sensor
node?

Subject: [Tinyos-help] problem with MTS400

Dear all:

Right now, I uploaded TOSBase program to one mica2 mote and
XSensorMTS400 on the other mica2 mote. I followed the instruction in
crossbow's "Getting_Started_Guide" document. I wanted to use XListen to
display the data from MTS400. I got the following information:

$ xlisten -b=57600 -s=COM3 -r -p -c
xlisten Ver:$Id: xlisten.c,v 1.17 2004/11/18 04:45:10 mturon Exp $
Using params: [baud=0x1001] [raw] [parsed] [cooked]
COM3 input stream opened

No data was shown on the screen. Do you have any idea about this?

I think the mote attached to the mib520 can recieve the data cause the
green light on the mib520 flashed every 15 seconds. And the mote
programed with XSensorMTS400 worked too (The red light on it flashed
every 2 seconds, and the green light flashed about every 15 seconds).

Thanks a lot!
