*Announcement of Two Post-Doctoral Grants (BPD)*

The CISTER/IPP-HURRAY Research Unit (FCT UI 608) is opening two post
doctoral positions in the area of “*Large Scale (Wireless) Sensor
Networks*” (Ref.:CISTER-CMU/BPD/01/07).

The contract is foreseen to begin as early as on *1/Dec/2007 *and will
have the duration of *6 months*, extendable to a maximum of 48 months.
Candidates should have a PhD in the areas of Computer Science, Computer
Engineering or alike.
Assessment criteria will be:
a) quality of CV in the area of wireless sensor networks and real-time
embedded systems (70%)
b) background experience in the field (30%)
The Jury responsible for the selection will be composed by Dr. Eduardo
Tovar, Dr. Björn Andersson and Dr. Mário Alves.
