I work with boomerang/tmote sky and tinyos-1.x/micaZ motes. I have a simple request. Has anybody modified the Oscilloscope java tool, in order to catch only specific fields of the data packet sent over the serial? I mean, if I just send through the serial packets, where a field of them can assume values between 0 and 5, for example. How can I simply modify the oscilloscope tool for catching this field and display with different colors (or different shapes of boxes etc.., not important for now) the values between 0 and 5? It seems really simple to do, but since we did not manage so much java till now, I hope somebody could send us a simple code where to add and implement our small idea.
