Hi Tie,

Sorry, I've been on vacation for awhile and will continue to be on vacation
for the next week.

The CC2420 radio stack uses a combination of B-MAC and X-MAC. Its behavior
is a lot like X-MAC in that transmissions get cut short, but the actual
detection of a transmitter is done more like B-MAC. Think of it like X-MAC
on steroids. We're calling it BoX-MAC.

The CC1000 radio stack primarily uses B-MAC at the moment.

Dear All,

Is the current MAC protocol in TinyOS B-MAC or X-MAC? I searched on
tinyos.net and it seems to be B-MAC. I just want to confirm. Thanks.
