Hello Nisha.
I remenber this error in the installation of Cygwin. You will get near to 10
with different name at the end. You ignore them and following with the
installation. I got also these error and I can use TinyOS without problems.

I am trying a fresh installation for Tiny OS2.0 but getting following problem
warning: moving directory "/usr/share/locale/cs/LC_TIME" out of the way
while Step 2 installing cygwin -- 2,3 instructions
Please let me know how to resolve this issue?
