Dear TinyOS profs, I have made an experiments with TMote Sky (from moteiv) devices and collected the RSSI and LQI values given by Tiny OS 2.0 that is installed on motes. Actually I have expected that LQIs are the correlation values supported by CC2420 and RSSI is the signal strength in dBm just scaled to the range defined in the 802.11.4 standard. As I plotted these values and made some calculations and I have found out that the plots are exactly the same and the correlation coefficient is 1. Does anybody have a clue why?
