On the bash prompt you should use java net.tinyos.tools.Listen -comm serial@/dev/ttyUSB0:micaz
as opposed to java net.tinyos.tools.Listen -comm serial@/dev/ttyUSB0/:micaz Notice there is no trailing slash "after" /dev/ttyUSB0 in the first command.
