I am trying to run the Surge Application in my pc. I am not able to understand
certain things.
I did a make pc and run it by using build/pc/main.exe -rf=local 4 and I defined
a file named local.nss like this:

0:1:1
0:2:0
0:3:0
1:0:0
1:1:0
1:2:1
1:3:0
2:0:0
2:1:0
2:2:0
2:3:1
3:0:1
3:1:0
3:2:0
3:3:0
1.Normally lossy should show me lost packets but always I find misd=0
2. Also my second question is :Is there a method to see send and receive packet
in the same time?
3. Finally I want to see the time between sending and receiving message (how
could I do?).

Remarque: when I type build/pc/main.exe -rf=local.nss 4 (I didn't any result)
