Hi,

If you follow the installing introduction of TinyOS 2.x, at Step 2
1. Setup cygwin from cygwin.com, it will download packages to a folder
(e.xA) and install.
2. Run setup in /cygdrive/c/newcygpkgs as introduction with source of
packages is in /cygdrive/newcygpkgs
3. Run setup again with source of packages is folder A at step 1, do not
change any setting
4. Same with introduction

Last time, I got this error and did like above to make TinyOS run. Before you
install, you should delete all cygwin*.dll.

Hope this can help you.
