The log tab would display and log all the RF packets that the Sniffer
Mote can hear. Depending on the packet type, they get filtered and then
displayed under different tabs (Health, Route etc). In other words log
file should contain all the packets that are displayed under Route,
Health, Neighbor and Time Sync tabs. 

To interpret the column headers in the log file, you may have to do a
mapping (i.e. 1,2,3... to Parent, Cost, Entries... etc). To do this, you
need to compare the column headers in respective tabs of Sniffer and
match them with those in the logged data file. I don't think there is
any tutorial on this other than the XMesh manual.
