When do a 'make telosb' you'll see something like this:

     compiled BlinkAppC to build/telosb/main.exe
             2656 bytes in ROM
               55 bytes in RAM

The ROM is the 48 KB of flash memory. The interface for the 1 MB of 
external flash is documented here:
