The periodic recalibration will be fixed once TimerA on the msp430 is
properly arbitrated. There is a lot of code that has to be updated after
this change, so we are deferring this for after the 2.1 release. For the
time being, the DCO is calibrated only once on booting, which seems to be
enough for many applications, especially if you are using a Tmote Sky with a
Rosc.
