I'm sorry if i send a lot of question to you,but I didn't find answers in my
researches....

My question is about transmission steps for cc2420 radio stack.

I think that this steps are:

1) initial backoff  ( 1--->32 jiffies , about 0,3 ---->10 msec )
2) transmitting mote detects if the channel is in use

3) channel idle   -----> send packet
    channel busy -----> set congestion backoff ( 1--->8 jiffies, about 0,3
---> 2,5 msec) and return to point number 2)

4) waiting for hardware/software  MAC aknoledgment  for max 256 jiffies (
about 8 msec) as specificed in \opt\tinyos-2.x\tos\chips\cc2420\cc2420.h

OR

4) return to point number 1 ???

I'm wondering if this steps are correct or not....please send me your
opinion or a web document ( IEEE document, cc2420 datasheet, etc ) in which
there is
a description of this steps...
I saw  cc2420 datasheet in
http://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/~cs150/Documents/CC2420.pdf  ( Radio control
state machine) , but i did not understand if the steps
that I wrote over there are correct or not .
