What is O'scope displaying? If it's "nothing" then I would make sure you are using the right serial port to get to the Basestation. You can also dispense with serialforwarder and just connect O'scope to the port directly, which will eliminate one more variable. I don't use T2 or Basestation so I can't be of much more help...
