Hmm, indeed it is (I apologize for overlooking this as well). However, from the amount of people that have asked me why TOSSIM "isn't working"... big.
I think that if there was a notice box above Meyer sample more people may see (or heed?) it. Something as simple as "CPM requires at least 100 noise trace readings." (in blinking bold marque ... or maybe just bold.) In at least two cases I've seen people just copy over that sample (could a link to the meyer file be provided?) Another option may be to have a short entry for this in ``appendix B'' (Troubleshooting TOSSIM execution) bit at the end. At least here, people seem to (inappropriately) love problem/solution section.
