You can create a component that shadows HilTimerMilliC which adds a user
specified offset to the hardware counter value.  The hardware counter
does provide you with an overflow event - nothing prevents you from
using it in your app. This is, of course, hardware specific, so your app
will not be portable across platforms.

Hi,

Is it possible to change the system time in TinyOS?

By default, Timer.getNow() always returns the time since boot.

How can I make it return time since some other instant?

Is it possible to receive an event when the system time overflows(for a
32 bit milli timer it will occur as frequently as 50 days)?
