Not sure why you are getting the error, but the easiest way to get
everything right is to do the following:

  sudo apt-get install tinyos-required

If you see any conflicts remove them and then rerun it.  These
conflicts are due to naming changes from old versions of the packages
installing files in the same place as outdated ones.
