I agree with Paul on this, wrap a nesc harness around your c code. The tool chain is currently set up for monolithic programs that get pulled into one generated app.c file which gets compiled by the cross compiler. While you can wack the tool chain to link against independent modules it is probably more trouble than it is worth.
