I've got a tmote sky that seems to program OK but doesn't respond beyond that. Anybody have any advice for me, besides a blowtorch?
When it is reset it doesn't do the nice slow roll of the LEDs but rather either a flash or quick roll, it's a little hard to tell. This seems that it _might_ be an indication that the "gesture" input is causing a reload of the "Golden Image"...I found a 4 year old paper that describes these things as if I should know what they are and do... When I program it, it flashes it's USB lights and seems to get with the program, but finishes with the fast-flash and then doesn't respond to serial comm or other inputs (I've got some buttons connected for my app). The USB lights do not flash during serial comm attempts either. I've tried the whole thing with a different mote and the programming side of the system works fine (I have to unsolder a lot of jumpers to install the new mote into my app system so there could be something wankered up there, but I'd like to avoid the de-re-soldering if I can).
