If you are referring to MTS400/420 outputs, the "humtemp" is the ambient temperature output as read by the Sensirion sensor and the "prtemp" is the temperature reading as measured by the Intersema barometric pressure sensor. The latter is not required for most applications, but it is necessary to allow for temperature compensation of the pressure output (MoteView does this for you). - Giri
