Hi, I was about to start a project where I need the following functionality:
i) A PDA with a TFT screen connected to a mote so that when the mote receives a packet from the surrounding sensor network, software running on the PDA also receives a copy. ii) The mote should also be able to act as an autonomous TinyOS-enabled device and send and receive packets to the sensor network. It seems to me that the tmote mini inserted into a PDA's miniSD slot will do the trick. But I'm not sure if the tmote mini can run TinyOS in this configuration. Or maybe a telosb mote connected to a PDA through the USB port. But I'm not sure if the Java Listen code is supported by any PDAs. If somebody has already done something similar, can you please let me know exactly what software and hardware you used for this purpose? Thanks Tahir.
