Hi Sir, I am a beginner in TinyOS and i am very willing to learn this new OS which deals closely with nesC programming language.
I have purchased the hardwares : MIB510, MDA300, MicaZ. I have also downloaded MoteView 1.4C and MoteWorks 2.0 for programming purpose. Now, i am able to setup a Wireless Sensor network through data monitoring using MoteView. I programmed the MDA300 with the given apps file when i installed MoteView. The problem now is, i would like to edit the source code for MDA300 with MicaZ. Can you lead me the way? I am stucked. Since MDA300 comes with temperature and humidity sensor, i would like to make full use of them and add in another Soil Moisture Probe at port A0. What i would like to achieve is to simulate a situation as such: By default, temperature, humidity and soil moisture sensor reading will be taken every 30 minutes ( 1800 seconds). When temperature reaches 40 Celcius, the soil moisture probe will take reading more frequently, let say, every 15 minutes interval, while temperature and humidity maintains their time interval between each reading taken. I am now trying to verify is the apps compiled in MoteWorks can work with MoteView. Do you know where i can get some of these sample codes as reference? Or is there anyone who is doing something similar to this? Can you help me out with this a little? THanks.
