Hi Antonio, The TEP for TOSThreads is in very very early stage, but you can find it here, http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/tinyos/tinyos-2.x/doc/html/tep134.html?revision=1.1 . Another way to get started is by looking at the demo applications under apps/tosthreads.
