Hi Jun

Thank you!

Maybe I'm not making my question clear, so right now I would like to say it
this way:

For a mote in the field, is it the correct way to change the "TOSH_DATA_LENGTH"
macro within the AM.h of some radio chip like the RF230 so that I can include
more data within my header file and send more data within one packet? What's
the maximum data length of it? Is it possible to include about 200 bytes of
data in one packet? For the base program, what changes do I have to make to
receive the long packet resulting to changes of the mote's setting?

Also, can you help me with my other question?

Thanks again.

Zhen Li

All I know is data length is often dynamically changed by calling getpayload()
fucntion which look at the data struncture on your header file.
This is all I know I am sorry if this not not what you wanted to know.

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the data length within a TinyOS 2.0 packet? Both
the base and mote in the field.

Also, can any one tell me whether the ByteEEPROM is the correct way of
accessing the on board 512KB flash on IRIS?

Thanks and hopefully can hear some respond soon.

Zhen Li
