Using Windows/Cygwin you can download the RPM package for T2 here:

http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/Installing_TinyOS_2.0.2#Manual_installa
tion_on_your_host_OS_with_RPMs

Then just scroll down to where it says Install the TinyOS-2.x Source
Tree.

Subject: Re: [Tinyos-help] Tinyos 2.x

Tinyos-2.x is completely different from 1.x, so I strongly believe that
it
would be better if you uninstall it. The easiest way, I believe, to
install it, is using the CVS repository.

http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=28656

Do you know how to use it?
ps.: I have no idea of how to use it on windows, even because I never
used
cygwin.
