Hello everyone, @ The university of Malaga (Spain), we have developed a protocol (KeyLED) that allows two nodes to exchange information through an optical channel (light: LED -> photosensor).
The source code is open source (Simplified BSD License), and you can access it @ http://www.lcc.uma.es/~roman (Under "Publications"->"KeyLED - Transmitting sensitive data over out-of-band channels in wireless sensor networks"-> The open source icon ^_-).
