How about using the TOSSIM from tinyos-2.x? :-)
If you really want tinyos-1.x you can grab it from the cvs with this
command:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/tinyos
co -P tinyos-1.x
Note: this will also download the contrib directory which is quite big
(about 180MB). The whole thing is about 240MB.
