Hi I am using a Micaz with an MTS 300 sensor board which has a dual axes accelerometer. When I use the read interface to sample the x and y axes alternately, I notice that there is a 17 ms startup time for the accelerometer [AccelP.nc]. This affects the sampling rate a lot.
The other alternative is to use the Readstream interface. However, when using this method I am able to sample one axis for a given period of time and then the other axes for a given period of time. How can I modify the readstream interface to alternate between sampling the 2 axes and write to different buffers?
