Hello! I am trying to install TinyOs 2.0.2 and I have downloaded .rpm packages from http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.x/doc/html/install-tinyos.htmlNow, when I try to install these files, using rpm command (i.e. rpm avarice-2.4-1.cygwin.i386.rpm), this error occures: 'rpm: command not found' . What am I doing wrong?
