Hi Raunak,

I am not sure about TinySec but as for other security mechanisims, the 
git tree for TinyOS 2 with CC2420 in-line security features can be found at
http://hinrg.cs.jhu.edu/git/?p=jgko/tinyos-2.x.git;a=summary

It is currently using a 802.15.4 compatible header format.
Let me know if you have any issues in using the tree :)
