I've removed the bogus dependencies on the non-existent pacakges.
These were there because at one point there were plan to include them,
but I guess no one ever got around to putting them together.  Also, I
fixed the dpependencies such that you can pull in either an msp430
specific tinyos-required package or an avr specific one.  if you have
either of these already installed and you then attempt to pull in the
tinyos package, it wont require you to have both installed.
