We invite you to submit papers for IEEE GLOBECOM's
acclaimed Technical Program in the following areas of communications:

- Information System Security - Optical
Networks & Systems
- Communication Theory - Signal Processing
- QoS, Reliability & Performance Modeling -

Space Communications
Technical paper submissions are due by 31 March 2009.

Tutorials: Proposals for half-day and full-day
presentations on conference topics are due by 31 March 2009.
Workshops: Proposals on the latest technical and

2009.
Special Sessions: Submissions on historical
developments in telecommunications are due by 31 March 2009.
