KS,

the most ease and safe way to install tinyos-1 in Windows is the
tinyos-1.1.11-3is.exe, which has a wizard to install.

Double click on tinyos-1.1.11-3is.exe and wait. It will do the work
for you. At the end, all TinyOS will work fine.

Before you install Blink in Mica2 mote, you should just compile Blink
application: make mica2.

If the compilation process is ok, then you can try to install Blink in
mica2.

I had a problem in installing applications using MIB520.  I was
typing: make mica2 install,1 mib520,/dev/ttyS2  ,  and it does not work any
way.  The correct instruction is: make mica2 install,1 mib510,/dev/ttyS2
