I'm not sure what kind of "clock ticks" you have
but a brute force way would be to toggle an LED
or something and use a scope to measure the length
of a tick in order to get a multiplier. If ticks
are, say, TimerM values then I believe it's in 1/1024
of a second. If ticks are instruction cycles
then you'll need to examine the manual and schematic
to see what the clock is and how many xtal cycles
go into an instruction (off hand, maybe 4 at 8MHz?).
