The only problem I have is that the .bashrc file is not loaded by cygwin I guess, because it doesn't find the Java path I specified, and the command USBLoaderHost is not recognized as a valid one. Do you know how to execute .bashrc when I run cygwin? Thanks, Roberto On Mon, May 4, 2009 at 8:12 PM, Michael Schippling <[email protected]> wrote: Sorry, I don't know from imote and my ostensible T1.1.15/platforms dir contains no such beast. I also suspect that just getting a single platform dir on top of 1.1.7 will lead to more worlds of hurt. If all else fails finding the CVS tree is your next bet. But it ooks like you got an answer from someone else so I hope it works out. MS roberto pagliari wrote: hi Michael, thank you for your quick reply. So, if it is so troubling, do you know what version of tinyos 1.x I can use to compile for the imote2? I've already installed the compiler for xscale processors, I just need the /imote2 directory for tinyos (right now I have 1.1.7, if I'm right, that does not suppord imote2). Thanks a lot for your help, Bob On Mon, May 4, 2009 at 6:26 PM, Michael Schippling <[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: It's a little hard to tell but the doc/changes-minor-releases.html file says 1.1.15 as the last number it knows, so I must have it. This particular version came with Boomerang, the tmote dev kit, so you might find it on the mirror at tinyos.doc... Since you are very familiar with TOS you must also be familiar with how fragile and opaque the development env is. That is why I hold the opinion that getting it to work under another system would be problematic. I never even got any of the Eclipse plugins to work reliably, and that's not factoring in the Microsoft way. MS roberto pagliari wrote: also, I cannot find tinyos 1.1.15 the links on tinyos website point to unexisting addresses... do you know where I can find it for upgrade? Is it possible to use an extension of visual studio which is able to program them with no need for cygwin?
