The user button doesn't have a predefined action, but its possible at
application level to get notified by TinyOS that the user has pressed it.The
Blink application doesn't deal at all with the user button.
Regarding the reset button, it actually reset (that means "reboot") the
mote.
In the end, there's no way to permanently shut down the telosb besides
removing the batteries.
