I have just tried to use USB0 and it didn't crash but didn't receive anything either:
java net.tinyos.tools.Listen -comm serial@/dev/ttyUSB0:iris This has raised more questions: I am supposed to use USB1 to communicate with the base station as higher numbered port is for communication and lower numbered port USB0 is for programming.
