Hi,

I am running a combination of TOSSIM, TinyViz and Tython and just wanted
verification that everything is going as I wanted. Please let me know if I'm
missing something.
    I'm running as such:
1st: In the apps/Surge directory: ./build/pc/main.exe -gui-seed=86734
-r=lossy -rf=build/pc/lossy.nss -t=520 36
/* The lossy file is a 6x6 grid with 8 feet spacing */
2nd: in the tools/java directory: java net.tinyos.sim.SimDriver -gui
3rd: In the TinyViz gui that opens up, I choose a topo.mps that lays out the
motes in a grid of 6x6 with 8 feet spacing
Ex: 0 5 5
       1 13 5
       ...
       6 5 13
       ....
       and so on.

I basically want to confirm if TinyViz is taking the bit error rate as
specified in the lossy file into account and not its default radio model.

Thanks and regards,
Bharat Naik.
