You might find interesting the master+lpp tree from here:

http://hinrg.cs.jhu.edu/git/?p=razvanm/tinyos-2.x.git;a=shortlog;h=master%2Blpp
There is a TestNetworkLpl and in the Makefile you can switch between LPP
and LPL. :-)

We haven't yet release the code. If there is something in particular
that you are interested please let me know and I'll try to help. The major
components in Koala are:
- wakeup strategy based on LPP
- keep-alive using drip
- FCP
- a tracker for the one hop neighbors
- an FCP service for bulk data download
- an FCP service for getting the status informations (which are
   maintain using Globals)
- an FCP service for getting the information about neighbors

On the PC side there is a python program that talks FCP and initiates the
downloads.

All the best!
