"drill down" in the Demosensor files and you will eventually find where they are connected to a specific ADC channel. For the most part you can just replace Demosensor with the ADC to which your sensor is attached using the syntax in the Demosensor files.
Working through some more of the tutorials may help with all the screwy syntax. Also accelerometers may require more interfacing than just an ADC, so there may be more to do.
